A quick 15-minute burn whenever you need it. Perfect for busy days, travel days, or when you just want a little extra movement. Grab your mat, an optional set of weights, and turn on your favorite playlist.
This month’s workout is a lower body + cardio focus. Wouldn’t be a James workout without burpees!!
Warm Up:
• 1 minute standing ab march
• 1 minute jumping jacks (optional: add weights)
Round One:
• 1 minute weighted squats
• 1 minute weighted double-dip squat (squat with a pulse at the bottom before standing)
• 1 minute double-dip squat with a burpee walk out at the bottom
• 1 minute burpees
• 1 minute high plank hold
Round Two:
• 1 minute weighted squats
• 1 minute weighted double-dip squat
• 1 minute double-dip squat with a burpee walk out at the bottom
• 1 minute burpees
• 1 minute high plank hold
Round Three:
• 1 minute weighted squats
• 1 minute weighted double-dip squat
• 1 minute double-dip squat with a burpee walk out at the bottom
• 1 minute burpees
• 1 minute high plank hold
Low impact. High burn. Minimal time.

Warm Up:
• 1 minute mountain climbers
• 1 minute squat snatch with knee drive (30 sec right / 30 sec left)
Round One:
• 1 minute alternating forward lunge with bicep curl at the bottom
• 1 minute lunge, sumo, lunge pulse (stay low the entire time π)
• 1 minute leg raises (right side)
• 1 minute knee to elbow (right side)
• 1 minute sit back with overhead press at the top
Round Two:
• 1 minute alternating forward lunge with bicep curl at the bottom
• 1 minute lunge, sumo, lunge pulse (stay low the entire time)
• 1 minute leg raises (left side)
• 1 minute knee to elbow (left side)
• 1 minute sit back with overhead press at the top
Round Three:
• 1 minute alternating forward lunge with bicep curl at the bottom
• 1 minute lunge, sumo, lunge pulse (stay low the entire time)
• 30 sec leg raises (right) / 30 sec leg raises (left)
• 30 sec knee to elbow (right) / 30 sec knee to elbow (left)
• 1 minute sit back with overhead press at the top
