Hot HIIT combines bursts of exercise with short recovery periods, providing an efficient full body workout. The class consists of dynamic movements from strength training to cardio exercises, all performed in our heated room. This class will raise your heart rate & boost your cardiovascular endurance all while focusing on muscle toning through thoughtful movement. Instructors are able to show their personality through catered music playlists, bringing dance party vibes to Ignite419!
